User Interface Enhancements

The left bar, which took about 20% of the screen is now placed on the top. This new bar is always visible and you can access all the different sections of the CRM system at any time.

The Navigation are is mainly divided into 3 sections.

  • Main Navigation

The navigation model is now streamlined. CRM 2011 sitemap is now moved to top command bar. This ensures more space for customer data.

Quick Create

With this option we can create a record of different entity while working with other entities.

You can enable “Allow Quick Create”option to add an entity in Quick Create options.

Some entities such as Faxes and Service Activities cannot be enabled for Global Quick Create. Conversely, the standard Activity entities that are enabled for Global Quick Create by default cannot have this option disabled. The other entities such as Account, Case, Competitor, Contact, Lead and Opportunity that are enabled for Global Quick Create by default can have this option disabled.
