Playbooks in Dynamics 365 CE Sales App

Playbooks feature can be used to automate the sales processes or events in the Dynamics 365 CE without knowing Dynamics 365 CE customizations like workflows, plugins, etc. meaning, we can set up automated processes like activities such as Phone Call, Email, Task by simply creating records in the CRM.
