[Resolved] The requested record was not found or you do not have sufficient permissions to view it. Error in Dynamics 365.
You might have faced the error mentioned below saying that “The requested record was not found or you do not have sufficient permissions to view it” in Dynamics 365. Once you download a long notepad file will show some technical details but its very difficult to understand the technical stuffs written there.
This error normally comes if you are using Google Chrome for Dynamics 365 and the error is not specific to any process rather you can this while creating opportunities, creating products etc.
So the resolution is very simple. Either you use Internet Explorer other wise clear all caches and cookies from Google Chrome and re-login.
Now you will see everything will work fine.
