Developer Resource has a new place in power apps
Previously the Developer resources option was available in Advanced Setting option of Dynamics 365 but now its available in Power Apps home page making a better navigations.
Check the screenshot below:
Login Office.com and click on Power Apps link. It will open Power Apps and click on Gear icon to open options. Now click on Developer Resources.
Now you can see the endpoints information you need.
