How to check if your role is Global Admin in Office Admin Center
Sometimes we need to have a Global Admin Role so that we can Approve Email for other users in the organization when we try to integrate outlook mailbox with Dynamics 365. So here is the way to check the user role for Online Dynamics 365.
Login Office.com using your organization credential. When the Office 365 homepage opens click on All Apps icon as given below.
Now you can see all the APPs in a Grid. Now click on Admin.
One the Admin screen opens, click on Users Group then select Active users.
Select the User for which you want to see the Role. Click on Manage Role option.
Now you can check the Role in the Manage Role. The Global Admin Checkbox must be ticked otherwise you can check and click on Save.
